Perfect

The room was well-appointed, everything else was perfect. Our location was unbeatable and excellent, by lovely grassy hills. They offered buffet breakfast with homemade products and milk, as for instance. We enjoyed the host.

Everything was amazing, I appreciated beautifully decorated and well-appointed rooms. Their buffet breakfast with home made bread and cereals, as example was not to miss. The bathroom was huge there. Overall experience was really nice.

Needs improvement

Great location near to Rotorua or Hamilton as well as the Hobbiton Movie Set, everything spotless. Nice welcome from host. Location by lovely grassy hills...
